We are not liable for medical errors and/or failed treatments that may occur during the medical holidays we facilitate. We are also not liable for theft or loss of personal items during your medical holiday. We are not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the medical treatments carried out by Turkish doctors and surgeons, or for the theft or loss of your personal items during your medical holiday.

The decision to book a medical holiday with Cinderella Esthetic Care and the choice of Turkish doctor or surgeon for the medical treatments are entirely the responsibility of our clients. We advise our clients to discuss all questions and concerns with the Turkish doctor or surgeon prior to medical treatments and to inform themselves about the risks and side effects of the treatments.

By using our medical holiday services, you agree to this disclaimer and indemnify Cinderella Esthetic Care and its employees, partners and agents from all liability, claims and expenses arising from the medical treatments you undergo during your medical holiday, as well as theft or loss of your personal items during your medical holiday.
